Balancing of interest rule, cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) (f). We have a legitimate interest in contacting you regarding our services, if you have so requested.

When you enter into a contract with Jørgensen Living
Categories of personal data:
We will process your name, addres, emailaddress, phone number, style preferences, order information and payment details.
Purpose:
We will use the data for the purpose of entering into a contract with you to provide you with our services.
Legal basis:
Balancing of interest rule, cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) (f). We have a legitimate interest in processing relevant data about our clients.
The personal data necessary for the contract we sign will be processed on the basis of the GDPR Article 6 (1) (b).
2 Sources and data provided on a voluntary basis
The personal data we process are collected directly from you (or regarding cookies; via your device). All personal data you provide us with is provided on a completely voluntary basis. The consequence of not providing us with your personal data may mean that we cannot offer our services to you.
If you have provided us with your consent to a specific processing activity, you have the right to withdraw such consent without any consequences for you.
